This website provides general information about SolidRock's home care services. It is not a substitute for a professional clinical assessment, and nothing on it should be treated as personalised medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. The AI Care Assistant ("Ríona")
Our AI Care Assistant is a support tool designed to answer general questions and direct you to the right resource or person. It is not a clinician, cannot provide medical advice or diagnosis, and will direct you to call 999/112 for emergencies. A human team member is always available as an alternative.
4. Interactive tools
The Care-Needs wizard and Cost & Funding estimator on this site provide general, indicative guidance only — not a clinical assessment or a firm price quote. Your actual care plan and pricing are confirmed at a free, in-person or virtual assessment.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to SolidRock Home Care Ltd (or are used under licence) and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
6. No warranty & limitation of liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general website content in place of professional advice or a formal care assessment.
7. Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party websites (for example, HSE resources). We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
